The DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko doesn’t plan to stop visiting dangerous parts of the contact line.

“Do you want me to be like Poroshenko, Turchinov, Groysman and Parubiy who are “fighting” by sitting in their offices and sending ordinary guys to fight in the senseless war? We, the residents of Donbass, are brought up differently. The traditions of the Russian army, but not of Bandera’s gangs, are still important to us. The great Russian military commander Alexander Suvorov said, “A commander should be wherever his soldiers are, eat with them from the same pot, dig trenches and fight together with them”. This is how I understand my task, and it is also the duty of the head of the country which is at war,”
