I am often asked: under what conditions can Donbass hold a dialogue with Ukraine and establish neighbourly relations with it? As for me, I cannot answer. There are only few conditions. The usurpers of power - those who gave and executed criminal orders to kill civilians used to be citizens of single country, introduced new standards according to which people were divided into the first and the second grades - must be put to justice. An investigation of the crimes committed by the regime in Ukraine, and the crimes committed by the Ukrainian army and punitive battalions in Donbass must be initiated.

And the main thing is! The process of denazification, as once it was in Germany after Hitler's regime, should be initiated in Ukraine. This would be a big job. We often talk that the part of the Ukrainian citizens seem to be sick, as if they have caught the virus of Nazism. So, denazification - it is just a vaccine against Nazism. As they say, time-tested.

Without this, I do not see any reason to conduct meaningful dialogue with Ukraine. What's the point if tens of thousands of thugs brutalized by blood and violence with Bandera ideas in their heads and Nazi swastika in their hearts will be on the watch for the Ukrainian politicians in order to attack them? What should be done with these crazy Bandera adherents, who count themselves to be real Europeans? And how can you communicate with them?

So, it's the Ukrainian people's business. Perhaps it will need international assistance, but, above all, it is a problem of the Ukrainian citizens - whether they want to have authorities, whose ideology is based on a neo-Nazi, Bandera antihumanism?

Poroshenko's idea of EU mission in Donbass is unacceptable – Zakharchenko

The Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko called the proposal of the Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko to establish a special mission of the European Union for observance of peace in Donbass unacceptable.

According to the press service of the Ukrainian president, on Wednesday during the telephone conversation of the "Normandy Four" member-countries’ leaders, Poroshenko suggested to establish a special EU mission which would be engaged in maintenance of order and safety in Donbass.

"If Poroshenko's press service tells the truth and he has really suggested to establish a special mission of the European Union for observance of peace which would allegedly be engaged in maintenance of order and safety in Donbass, it is absolutely unacceptable. Poroshenko has long ago dreamt of dragging in the third force to the Donbass territory, that is foreign troops and weapons. Such an action will only serve in favour of conflict escalation. Poroshenko perfectly understands it. That is to involve the Europeans into the civil war and to shift responsibility on to them," said Zakharchenko.

The Head of the DPR expressed hope "for reasonable egoism of Europe to stop them before being involved in our conflict with Kiev".

On 25^th January 2016, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko took part in the first youth socially-political forum Freedom, Conscience, Justice and Equality.

This forum was dedicated to plans of development of the Republic. Young activists, leaders of the student movements of the DPR attended this event. The meeting was held in the Donbass national academy of Building and Architecture in Makeyevka.

The diplomatic level of the NATO representative's office in Kiev and an intensve movement of Ukraine towards the alliance puts off the political settlement of the conflict in Donbass, said the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.

...The citizens of Donbass during the referendum and the elections in November, 2014 have unambiguously shown that they don't want to become either a part of the European Union, or a part of NATO.

Donbass considers that Ukraine should remain the neutral state.

Ukraine after power shift will need a denazification, a trial of those who are responsible for a coup d'etat and civil war, stated the DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko within online conference with the residents of Odessa and Bessarabia.

The cleansing from that evil which has enslaved Ukraine after "Maidan" has to become the first step. I think, we are talking about the denazification, at least. Of course, it has to lead to the trial of the criminals who have arranged the armed coup d'etat and unleashed the civil war.

The future of the regions of the former Ukraine has to be decided independently, Kiev has lost this moral right.

Odessa, as well as Donbass, as well as Sloboda region along with Kharkov, as well as Malorossiya, have to decide their destiny by themselves. Kiev has lost the moral right to make decisions on behalf of the other regions of the former Ukraine.

It's time the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko became the leader of all the South-East of Ukraine, said to The PolitNavigator Alexey Zhuravko, an ex-MP of the Verkhovna Rada from Kherson, after Zakharchenko's latest conference with Odessa.

According to Zhuravko, an uprising in Odessa is quite real, the possibility of which Zakharchenko spoke about.
