октября 2014 года настоятель храма Святых Новомучеников протоиерей Андрей Маныч
провел молебен и освятил основные здания Верховного Суда Донецкой Народной
Республики и Генеральной Прокуратуры Донецкой Народной Республики. На молебне
присутствовали Председатель Верховного Суда Якубовский Эдуард Николаевич,
Генеральный прокурор Ремизов Алексей Борисович, а также сотрудники Суда и
центрального аппарата Генпрокуратуры. Отец Андрей отслужил молебен, в котором
призвал служителей Закона помнить о том, что наказание за преступления – это не
всегда кара. Зачастую необходимо предоставить преступнику еще один шанс на
исправление своих грехов и начало новой жизни. Многие присутствующие обращались
к отцу Андрею за благословением на работу и добрые дела.

and the central office of the Prosecutor General. Father Andrey held a prayer service, in which he called
servants of the law in mind that the punishment for a crime - it is not always

another chance to correct their sins and the beginning of a new life. Many of those present turned to Father Andrew for a blessing
on the work and good deeds.

organizations in the republican territory

The Supreme Court of the DPR approved the
Resolution of the General Prosecutor’s Office in regard to the ban of
a series of organizations of extremist character in the territory of the
Republic, the press-service of the highest juridical body of the state
announced today.
“On June 29, 2015 года the
Supreme Court of the DPR viewed a statement of the General Prosecutor of
the Donetsk People’s Republic in regard to the ban of a series of organizations
of extremist character. By a ruling of the Supreme Court 40 public
and religious organizations are acknowledged as extremist”, – the
announcement says.
From now on a series of Ukrainian
nationalist movements, political parties, international terrorist groups and
religious communities are recognized as extremist. Among them the Organization
of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), “The Right Sector”, Ukrainian Insurgent
Army (UIA), Social-nationalist Assembly, “Bratstvo” (“Fraternity”)
organization, the Stepan Bandera “Tryzub” (“Trident”), “Bilyi Molot” (“White
Hammer”), “Patrioty Ukrainy” (“Patriots of Ukraine”), Oleh Liashko’s Radical
Party, “Automaidan”, Al Jihad, Islamic State (Islamic State of Iraq and
Levant, ISIS), Al Qaeda etc.
“By the Ruling of the Supreme Court the
activity of these organizations and their branches is banned in the
territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, — the press-service of the highest
juridical body of the DPR stressed. — The Resolution of the Supreme
Court is enacted immediately after it has been announced, is final and is
not subject to any appeal”.

The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic
has sent materials for considering the issue of a prosecution of 12 judges and
6 procurators of occupied Slavyansk to the General Prosecutor Office of the
Republic.
Public individuals of the occupied regime can be held accountable to two articles of the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People’s Republic - article №354 “the criminal prosecution of a person known to be innocent” and article №360.
The official statement of the Supreme Court says
that the materials deal with the following judges of the Slavyansk City
District Court of the “Donetsk region” - Profatilo P.I., Lapteva M.V.,
Krivosheeva D.A., Chemodurova N.A., Chernyshova Yu.V., Rudenko L.M., Minayeva
I.N., Khaustova S.A., Il’yashevich O.V., Gusinsky M.O., Nosovskoi L.A.,
Alekseyenko I.P.

29 апреля в здании Верховного суда начал свою
работу 2-й Пленум Верховного суда ДНР. На повестке дня заседания насчитывалось
20 вопросов. Прежде всего, это отчёты о проделанной работе председателя ВС, его
заместителей, а также рассмотрение ряда проектов постановлений пленума ВС ДНР.
В частности, это проекты постановлений О судебном приговоре, О судебном
решении, О постановлении по делам об админ. правонарушении, О практике
применения законодательства по делам о преступлениях связанных с клеветой, О
практике применения законодательства по делам о преступлениях связанных с
незаконным оборотом наркотических средств и психотропных веществ и другие.
On April 29, the
building of the Supreme Court began its work the 2nd Plenum of the Supreme
Court of the DNI. On the agenda of the meeting, there were 20 questions. First
of all, it reports on the work done Sun chairman, his deputies, as well as
consideration of a number of draft decisions of the plenum of the sun DNI. In
particular, the draft regulations on court verdicts, about judgment, about the

and others.
Все законопроекты были проголосованы
присутствующими. Один отправлен на доработку и будет рассмотрен дополнительно
13-го мая сего года.
All bills were voted present. One sent for revision and
will be discussed further on 13 May this year.
